Brief Answer:
Get done renal function test (RFT).

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Your ultrasound abdomen report is normal.
You are having blood in urine.
This is known as heamaturia.
And in old age, heamaturia is seen with kidney diseases.
So get done Renal Function Test (RFT) - serum creatinine and blood urea.
Also get done urine culture to rule out Urinary tract infection.
Please let me know your symptoms so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You should give first void urine sample.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You should give first void urine sample. Means collect urine in the morning, when you first go for urination. Take mid stream urine sample. Means let go urine for 1 second and then collect urine in container.
This is the ideal way to collect urine sample.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
