What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi , my wife just had her ultrasound done today and in report it is showing as"fetal spine facing the anteriorly side of mother" What situation is this pls help

It mentions that the fetal spine is facing the anterior side of the mother.

It means the fetal back is facing the anterior abdomen or front side of the mother.
When the fetal head is towards maternal pelvis and birth canal, then the fetal back can be anterior or posterior.

The anterior back is a favorable position for normal delivery and it's completely normal.
It's a normal position.
