What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: I am 12 days over due of my periods.I got the ultrasound done and found dominant follicle on my left ovary 16mm*15mm*15mm vol1.9cm. Definately not pregnant. I just want to know according to the report. When can i expect my periods to come. I have also started having sore breast under my arm which i usually get 2 3 days before my due periods date. Can you please enlightened me
