Brief Answer:
Nodule may be due to many reasons like adneoma etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Ultrasound findings may suggests mildly enlarged thyroid gland and a small solid thyroid nodule. There is also possibly wall calcification in nodule.

You may need follow up ultrasound. Nodule can be due to many reasons like adneoma and several other conditions.

There is also a cystic nodule in left lobe of thyroid, it may be due to cystic degeneration in nodule.

It is generally not a serious finding.
But you may need clinical correlation, complete thyroid profile and follow up ultrasound.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
