What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: I am 30 yrs old and my LMP was on 10.07.15.and my doctor says im 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. Mensuration cycle comes with an average days of 32.I did TVS scanning today and report as follows:
Evidence of yolk sac with CRL measures 0.34 cm.
Embrayonic cardiac ativity is not detected.
Im little scared to know that here comes a chances for miss carriage. Doctor suggested to review after a week.Kindly help me by answering my doubt.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your baby CRL is 3.4 mm ,maybe you conceive late,so in my opinion repeat ultrasound scan is advice in your case after one week to see the cardiac activity.
Usually heart beat is audible when CRL reached 5 mm.
So do not take stress and get your repeat scan done( one time ultrasound scan report is not very conclusive).

I have gone through your reports and in your recent ultrasound scan reports it is showing pregnancy of six weeks and mild subchorionic bleed.
Your hcg levels are fine.
As you are not having any pain and vaginal bleeding, we should wait 7-10 days for foetal cardiac activity because in some cases it may appear after 7 weeks.

Kindly go thru all the previous discussions once again and please answer to my questions.
Studying the last TVS scan report my doctor concluded that mine as a miscarriage with non viable intrauterine pregnancy. As such I was asked to undergo an abortion by taking cytote 600 mg tablet on 18th sep and caused discharging of blood and cramps at high volume.But i had to take same tablet again at 400 mg as my scan report after abortion,says a 13mm echogenic content left in the cavity. Gestational sac got removed somehow .Also a 4mm anechoic focus noted in the right overy.Any other previous scan reports never mentioned such a focus and no idea if its occured due to this abortion or not.otherwise both overies are normal in size.I am still waiting to get cleared all those noticed particles from the cavity and overies infact there is no such heavy bleed or crams for a long while after the medication has been done.its around 16 hrs now.
Do I needed to go for a Surgery in such a case??coz personally I wish to stay away from D&c.
Is there any other solution for this issue.if yes i welcome your valuable suggestions.

Sorry for the delay in my response.
You should consult a Gynecologist and took mifepristone under her supervision only because mifepristone is usually used before mesoprostol to detach the product of conception from wall of the uterus.
So in your case mesoprostol is much useful than mifepristone.
