Brief Answer:
Try home remedies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I understand your concerns. Many disorders cause poor bone health, including cortisol overproduction (Cushing's), vitamin D deficiency (osteomalacia), disorders of calcium and/or phosphate metabolism, chronic kidney disease, GI malabsorption, genetic diseases of bone proteins, medicines such as prednisone, is bad for bone.

Calcium and Vitamin D maintain good bones but studies have not shown that they reverse osteopenia. The most important thing is to try to slow or prevent further decrease in bone density.

You can try a few home remedies such as:
- Weight-bearing exercise.
- Calcium, and vitamin D, Zinc supplements.
- Black tea, green tea
- Evening primrose oil
- Fish oil
- Soy
- Whey proteins

I hope this answered your query.
