What Does The Following Bone Density Scan Result Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor, I have just had my annual physical exam with my family doctor, including a bone density scan. I would like to see an expert osteoporosis person for a second opinion about what to do next, given my scan results are borderline. Who would you recommend in the US? Also, I'm concerned about starting to take Fosamax. Should I be concerned? Thank you,

You can take weekly Fosamax therapy for osteoporotia and to prevent fractures due to the same.

It is usually well tolerated and taken with Calcium and Vitamin D therapy.
