Brief Answer:
Explained in detail.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,dear
I have gone through your question and your all reports.
I can understand your concern.

Your complete blood count report suggest high MCV, MCHC, MCH and RDW.
These all are about RBC size and variation.

High MCV generally seen in vitamin B12 deficiency.

Your Iron and transferrin saturation level are low. Your vitamin B12 level is low normal. Your homocysteine level is high.

So you need to take iron and vitamin B12 supplements.

Your cholesterol and LDL level is borderline high. For that you should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Go for regular exercise. Repeat cholesterol after 3 months.

You have vitamin D deficiency. For that you should take bits supplements drugs like Lumia 60k.

Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Your liver function test, kidney function test, thyroid function test, lipase, amylase, heavy metal all are normal.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
