What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: I had a blood test for RPR/ VDRL (syphilis) and that showed a reaction so the doctor requested a further blood test for TPHA with titer. The result was "1:80 Dilution Positive" Question: what does this result mean and what treatment should I follow?
