Brief Answer:
It is expected to improve with advancement of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your fetal findings suggests mildly prominent right renal pelvis.Since your pregnancy is 22 weeks,it is expected to improve with advancement of pregnancy.Generally unilateral involvement shows excellent prognosis.
You shouldn't be worried and only need follow up ultrasound.
It is usually not a serious finding and it may get resolve with advancement of pregnancy or early post-partum period.
It usually doesn't require any treatment.
