This kind of x ray picture is commonly seen with viral bronchitis.
Bronchitis is inflammation of airways. So vessels surrounding bronchial tubes are also engorged and appear as prominent bronchovascular markings.
So in my opinion, this patient is mostly suffering from viral bronchitis.
