Brief Answer:
It is immuno chemistry test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Raji cells assay is test for detection and quantitation of immun complex. It is frequently positive in sera from patients of SLE.
It is incubated with multiple sera and there is complicated immuno chemistry procedure. It is very difficult to explain whole interpretation. Please send me your reports so I will tell you what it indicates.

I will wait for your reports.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Thank you. I've had a few different blood tests done. About three weeks ago, I had a normal cbc and that's when the raji was done along with other immune complements. my lysozyme serum was 21ug/mL, c1Q binding 2.0 ugE/mL, and raji cell was 47 ugE/mL, c4 was 42, and the other complements were normal. I still didn't feel good and asked for another cbc with diff and the wbc have risen 3.5k and is now 11.6, hematocrit and hemoglobin are now just over high, and so are is the absolute lymph. also tested negative for tb. I have a wide range of symptoms from mild to severe.

Brief Answer:
You may have some infection or inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your lsozymes level is slightly high. It is commonly seen in infection and inflammation. It is present in neutrophils and monocytes and high value suggest increased activity commonly seen in inflammtory condition. Your C4 level is also normal. Your complements are also normal. So No need to worry much. For raji cell assay interpretation i need that report. But its looks like some inflammatory disease. You should go for ESR and C3 level and if ESR is high and C3 is low then go for ANA profile test. It will clear all doubts and give exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Till that you should take anti inflammatory drugs according to your doctor's advice.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
