Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and follow instructions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are having cervical radiculopathy due to disc prolapse at C5-C6 and C6-7 levels.
The nerve exiting from foramina are compressed leading to pain, tingling and wasting in limbs.
The first step of management is regular physiotherapy.
Initially, pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine can be taken.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used and gradually increased according to response.
Unresponsive condition requires surgical measures.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
