Brief Answer:
A small meningioma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I have gone through your MRI report. It mentions about a small parafalcine meningioma.
As if now, it can be followed up and if in future it grows or cause any symptoms. It can be operated upon. A neurosurgeon's opinion can be taken for the same as well.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
