What Does The Follicular Study Report Suggest?

Question: Hi,

I am trying to conceive from past 5 months. I am taking CCQ50, fertisure F,Blong F , progynova 2 mg (for 7 days) and ecosprin 75 mg. These medicine helps me to ovulate but everytime follicle grows at right side ovary only. Unfortunately , my right side fallopian tube is blocked that I found from HSG. I am waiting for ovulation to happen on the left side as my left fallopian tube is fine. I am also ready for IUI.
During this cycle , please see attached follicular study report, shows that right side follicle has slightly ruptured but left side follicle 19.8X15 mm is still growing with ET 9.2mm.
Please suggest can I go ahead with IUI with this follicle in left ovary. or shall I try to conceive naturally. Also suggest if there is any medicine other than CCQ50 such as injections etc that can help me in growing follicle size on left side .

Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Your left ovary follicle is 19.8X15 mm means avearge is about 17.5 mm.

This is ready for ovulation. Get Inj. hCG 5000 IU from your doctor and go ahead with IUI after 36 hours.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
So even if right side follicle has slightly ruptured there are chances that left side follicle which is 19.8X15 mm can help me in pregnancy. Could you please also suggest the chances of IUI success in my case with the reading from follicle study.

Yes. Even if right has not ruptured there is chance from left side if hCG is taken.

Thanks.

Is there any side effect of taking hcg 5000 and IUI in this cycle ? If I take hcg now and it is not success then will it have any kind of impact on my cycle length ,natural conception process or IUI process in next cycle ?
