Brief Answer:
Chances of ovulation are there

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The report you have mentioned shows three follicles which have grown to the size of the dominant follicle (more than 18-20 mm) in the right ovary. Any one or all the follicles can rupture (ovulation); but to assess this you have to continue follicular monitoring every alternate day till day 16-18 or till the follicle rupture.
Ovulation induction with siphene (clomiphene) is reported to form the dominant follicle of maximum size of 30 mm, so there is no reason to worry till the follicles cross that size; and the possibility of becoming a cyst is low if the follicles remain within the size limit.

Brief Answer:
hCG injection to be given if previous no ovulation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. If you have got your follicular monitoring done in previous cycles, and there was a problem in ovulation, then you can take hCG injection in this cycle to facilitate ovulation.
However, since you have3 dominant follicles, chances of ovarian hyperstimulation are increased by giving hCG injection. It is best for your treating doctor to decide whether you need hCG injection or not.
An endometrial thickness of 9.3 is appropriate for day 11 of the menstrual cycle.
