Brief Answer:
Hi.You have degenerative changes in your bones.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I analysed your reports. My opinion is that you have bone degenerations(erosions) and some fractures. The cause for this problem was increased age.Your problem will be treated by taking analgesics routinely. There is no permanent cure for your problem. But we can control the disease by taking analgesics.Kindly consult your orthopedic surgeon with this reports. His opinion is very important in your case.
Thank you.

thanks. she put me on alendronate sodium for osteoporosis. I have to take in the morning and not to lay down or eat for a hour. I am on omeprazole which I take every morning . I read that there is no interactions between them but to take omeprazole 2 hours after taking alendronate. is that correct?

Brief Answer:
Yes.You are correct.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.Welcome to Healthcare magic.
You are correct.Alendronate should be taken on empty stomach. After taking alendronate,do not lie down for 30 minutes. It should be taken with one glass of water.
Any medications should be taken half an hour after taking alendronate. These measures are followed to prevent oesophageal erosions.
Thank you.
