Question: Hi received mri report as normal following parathesia in left side fingers and feet new onset incontinence and left side blindness for less minute and after optical tests vision fine but left sided visual field loss. The neurologist in one hospital told me I could be having migraines and urine incontinence different problem. Which I found understand fable however the optician at the other hospital has contacted me and told me that although my mri came back as normal She has concerns Significant visual field loss and that I am not to drive and referring me to neurologist at that hospital I am very confused.

In my opinion a contrast enhanced MRI of your brain is indispensable in this moment in order to be shure that there is or is not a brain lesion causing your concerns.
Another thing to do is to have a second opinion and second clinical examination from a different Neurologist and Ophthalmologist.
I agree that visual field deficit needs an answer because it may correlate with brain lesions affecting visual pathways too.
