You are suffering from bilateral simple renal cysts. You shouldn't worry at all.
It is a completely benign condition and in most of the cases it doesn't require any treatment.

Simple renal cysts are age related developmental cyts. You have small simple renal cysts and it is not concerning at all.
Simple renal cysts are generally asymptomatic and it produces symptoms only when it increases in size or infection in cysts.

You only need follow up scan so that if there is increase in size ,it can be noticed. It requires treatment only when it is symptomatic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing back

Bibasilar atelectasis/scarring in lungs may be due to reasons like chronic retained secretions or infection.
Chronic accumulation of fluids lead to small collapse in lung (atelectasis) due to non aeration of involved part of lung.

You also have small 1 cm subpleural based focus on atelectasis,it may be due to thick mucus, granuloma etc.

These conditions don't require any treatment.

Get well soon.
