Question: I had fever and sore throat from Sunday night for which I visited doctor and he gave me nicip and wincold for 3 days and it relived my fever and sore throat but today again sore throat has arises without pain. Please advise

You seem to be suffering from Acute Tonsillitis.
I would recommend in such cases to take Tab Augmetin 625 mg twice a day for days.
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation.
You can take Paracetamol if you get fever.
