I am so sorry to hear about this vomiting despite taking appropriate drugs for malaria. Vomiting is often an accompanying sign and its persistence in no way suggests failure of treatment. How often do you vomit in a day and are there any other worrying symptoms? Am sure the symptoms of fever and muscle aches are all resolving as a result of this treatment. I will advise that you take an anti vomiting medication at least 30mins before eating such as metoclopramide. Most of my clients report favorable results with this and am sure you would do same.
