Based on the history you have shared, though Tylenol and codeine are safer for stomach compared to other pain killers like non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs but still liver toxicity may occur but with one dose seems less likely. It would still be advised to stop the drug and don't repeat it unless exact cause isn't identified.

The pain can be sequelae of the primary symptoms you were facing around diaphragm as such pains can even be arising below diaphragm inside abdomin and needs evaluation by ultrasound to rule out signs of gall bladder or pancreatic inflammation.

Blood screens like complete blood count, liver function tests and serum amylase may be needed. Meanwhile you can use antacids and antispasmodic like drotaverine. Avoid heavy , greasy and oily meals and take soft diets till the workup is completed.

I hope even while living in XXXXXXX complex, you must be having prompt access to a medical facility so kindly approach one to get the liver functions and amylase tested. Since gall bladder is removed already still posibilty of pancreatitis can't be ruled out or any infection below diaphragm. Possibility of having stomach virus is rare, as rota virus or others which affect GI tract usually present with severe gastroenteritis or diarrhea. Possibility of having H. pylori infection is present but with the short history it's difficult to comment on that at this moment.
