Brief Answer:
It indeed seems to be due to gastric irritation

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details and understand your concerns. The details seem consistent with gastritis or hyperacidity. Ulcer formation is an advanced stage of gastric irritation due to the stomach acids. Aceclofenac or spicy food is known to complicate the situation and hence need to be avoided. My suggestions would be:
* Avoid long gaps between meals. Take small but frequent meals.
* Avoid chilli and spicy foods. They trigger excess gastric acid secretion and may also mess up with digestion.
* Regular morning walk and exercise is essential to maintain proper bowel movements.
* You need to take plenty of green leafy vegetables in your diet. It will provide adequate roughage and will lessen your problems.
* You need to avoid stress. Stress is a leading cause of hyperacidity.
* PPIs like rabeprazole once a day before breakfast daily.

Hope that helps.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Two conditions may be simultaneously present

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the information.
Ideally, to make out the actual cause of the abdominal pain I would need to examine you clinically but that is beyond the purview of this discussion. If the kidney stone has been evidenced in CT scan, renal colics are more likely to be the cause of your abdominal pain. In such a case, you need to take plenty of water to drink. This will help in flushing out the stones since the stones are very small at present. Alkalinizing syrups may be taken but are optional. Along with this, you may surely continue what I have said rather than going for an endoscopy. You can still be having hyperacidity and my suggestions will take care of it.

Remain in follow up of your doctor.
