Brief Answer:
Can be urine infection or calculus.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The severe back pain that is not affected by moving arms or legs can be due to a urinary infection or a renal calculus. This can be diagnosed after a urine test and an ultrasound scan. Do wait for the results. You can have an over the counter anti spasmodic and plenty of cranberry juice and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
