Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Usually, when gallbladder is removed, the scar of incision is not located between breasts but at the upper right abdominal quadrant.

If you have any other scar between the breasts, then, it might be due to another surgery you have done. Can you please refer if you have a previous history of heart problems.

In either cases, it is not possible for the clips to get opened after such long time (at least after 4 years).

The sharp pain you are feeling might be indicative for possible:
- stomach issues (e.g. gastritis, reflux, etc.)
- heart problems
- muskular skeletal problems

Can you please give more details regarding:
- the pain you have: does it get worse after eating? after doing any exercise? does the pain get worse when you press on the affected area?
- can you provide a photo of the scar you have between the breast and on your abdomen?

Looking forward to have the requested details in!
