What Does "rubella Igg-500 Igm-0.37" Indicate During Pregnancy?

Question: My wife got rubella vaccine on 13-dec-2013, She got conceived on 10-feb-2014, and now she is 8weeks pregnant, the rubella test results says rubella igg-500 Igm-0.37....is the baby safe...???? Kindly advice
