What Does Resting Heart Beat Of 52 Indicate?

Question: Hi,
While resting heart beat of 52-58 , is it normal, I don't have any medical condition.
But when exercised it goes up, my concern it 52-58 while resting is it normal?

The normal heart rate is 60 to 100 for most persons.

In persons who are physically active, the heart rate can go below 60. If you exercise often, this is the likely reason for the decrease in your heart rate.

If there is no dizziness or shortness of breath or clamminess then you can monitor the pressure.
If you are having symptoms, then you need to be assessed.

You would need a BP check and ECG if you are checked

I don't have any BP issues its always normal whenever I checked, I did ECG about one & half year ago and it was normal.

I don't feel dizzy or short shortness of breath.
