Its not tuberculosis infection, i will explain you how...

On microscopy tuberculosis causing bacteria appears as rod-shaped structures. But your sample shows cocci which are round in shape ,like grapes . so its possibly streptococcal infection and it can be treated completely by a course of antibiotics.

which rules out tuberculosis.
