Brief Answer:
Up to 5 pus cells/HPF is a normal finding in urine

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

Up to 5 pus cells/HPF(High power field) is a normal finding in urine examination.
Your findings are well below the normal level,so it is not a matter of concern for you. However, you need clinical correlation.
If pus cells are excessive in urine then it indicates urinary tract infection(UTI).

Hope I have answered your question.

M.C.V,M.C.H and M.C.H.C values are low & R.D.W percentage is increased and these parameters indicates anemia.Anemia is commonly found in patients with kidney problem due to low erythropoietin level.
RBC count is mildly increased,it may be due to dehydration etc.

Increased lymphocytes may be due to many reasons like viral illness etc.

Epithelial cells and mucus cells are normally present.
