Question: Hi Sir,

My semen culture reported "Citrobacter koseri - moderate growth." I had abdominal pain from few months and difficulty in urine passing. Also constipation & stomach discomfort. If I take stomach full food, I always feel pain and discomfort. I have attached report, please suggest medication( as per the medicines or salts available in India).

Thanks for query ,Based on the report of your semen culture you seem to have infection due to Citrobacter Koseri which are sensitive to Ciprofloxacin with lowest MIC of 0.25.and effective in minimal dilution and have less side effects .

I would suggest you to take Ciprofloxacin y along with antacid like Pantoprazole twice daily for 4 weeks .
