Brief Answer:
It's part of the overall kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
The proteinuria is part of the kidney problem you have. The kidneys are not doing their job of cleaning your blood and getting rid of the unwanted creatinine and other waste products. Also kidney should be functioning normally for formation of red blood cells and you have anemia as a result.
You should reduce your protein intake. This will help reduce the proteinuria and also decreases the load on the kidneys.
Please follow your doctor's advice well.
Take care,

Brief Answer:
Restrict protein rich food, avoid fruit and juice

Detailed Answer:
You have to reduce the protein as much as you can. You may eat a small amount of one of the items on a daily basis.
You should avoid fruits and fruit juices as they are rich in Potassium. Your Potassium is at the upper limit of normal and more can create heart problem. Fruits are not rich in protein but rich in Potassium
