Brief Answer:
Non specific symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

These symptoms are non-specific and are not suggestive of HIV.
Anyways, you may take a 4th generation HIV screening test for your satisfaction. A negative test would shell all your doubts.
You may take a cough linctus for your dry cough.
Back pain could be due to bad posture or muscle sprain. You may take a pain killer e.g ibuprofen 400mg, 2x daily, for your back pain. In addition, correct posture and electric heat pad application would also help back pain.
For itching I would suggest you to use an intensive moisturiser, 2x daily and you may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
