Detailed Answer:

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms are not typical of any cardiac disorders.

The fact that movements may trigger the pain is typical of musculo-skeletal pain.

For this reason, there is no reason to perform any additional cardiac tests.

Regarding local therapy, I would recommend a local gel with diclofenac coupled with a musculo-relaxant.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
