Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.

I reviewed facts of your query in context to your health issues and feel concerned about them.

Reply to your specific query-
Dear, Orange discoloration / ?Bleeding after application of ointment is not normal and needs further attention as suggested herewith

My Opinion-

In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from- Traumatic bleeding piles caused by the damage / trauma to inflamed piles during application of suppositories.
Other causes need to be ruled out, after getting more details from you.

Do's Suggested-

Please avoid damage while putting Proctosedyl suppositories,as it could aggravate further bleeding and complications from inflamed piles.
Be very gentle in suppositories application.
Avoid it for next 24-36 hours.
If need be, a Simple Proctoscopy, would resolve issues by Consults with Surgeon in your area.

Advice-

In the given situation- Avoid application for at least for next 24 hrs, for it to heal and stop the bruised bleeding piles.

Be on bland /non spicy/ non-fried rice porridges x for 2 days
with butter milk to recoup and recover fast from this orange discharge from rectum.
Get Sitz bath to relive the congestion and swelling from traumatic injury to piles.

Tab Ibuprofen-1 x 2 times a day x 3-5 days.
Antibiotics if need be from your family doctor, if this orange discharge continues after 24-48 hrs of abstinence.

This would resolve issue and there is nothing to be worried much,if followed on above lines, in time to come.

Next appointment-
ASAP to review and plan the treatment for existing problem .

If you update more information/ details upon these suggestions, I would give further suggestions on medicines to correct your health issues.
