Brief Answer:
Boils, Acne or Hansen's Disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic,

Nodules over face is most commonly due to nodulocystic acne vulgaris.

The nodules over ear, neck and face also occurs in Hansen's disease. It is also associated with sensory loss and neuritis.
Is there any sensory loss any where on body?
Is there any tingling sensation?

Alternatively it may be boils/furuncle?

I would like to examine the clinical image before making any provisional diagnosis.
