Brief Answer:
Findings may suggest lung infection(pneumonitis)in bilateral lower lobes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings may suggest lung infection(pneumonitis)in bilateral lower lobes.
You are rightly advised for antibiotics first.
In non resolving pneumonia, other causes like tuberculosis(T.B) etc should be excluded.
You may need PCR test to exclude T.B if symptoms persists.

Prominent hilar shadows are expected finding in your age.
Prominent bronchovascular markings may be due to infection, age related etc.It is not a very significant finding.

Few small lymph nodes with calcification may be related to past infection, occupation related etc.

You should take antibiotics regularly. You are expected to recover.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
