Brief Answer:
Negative test for typhoid fever

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome to health care magic
I understand your concern

At present you have negative typhoid test titre.
Titre of 1:160 is the cut of for the widal test.
If you have titre of more than 1:160 than it is suggests active typhoid infection.
A decrease in circulating white blood cells occurs with decreased in eosinophil and relative increase in the lymphocyte cell occur in first week of typhoid infection
But you have normal white blood cell, eosinophil and lymphocyte.

So all tests at present time does not indicate typhoid infection.

I would suggest to repeat the typhoid test after 1 week because it is give negative result in first week.
I would suggest to undergo blood culture to identify the causative pathogen.

It could be a viral infection.
Take paracetamol for fever.
Proper rest, drink plenty of warm water, take home made juice of fresh fruits
Avoid outside food and water.
You can also start antibiotic after consulting your doctor according to blood culture report.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have further query then I will be happy to help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
