What Does My Widal Test Report Indicate?
Question: The following is my widal report.
S.Typhi Antigen O :<1 in 20 dilutions
S.Typhi Antigen H :<1 in 20 dilutions
S.Paratyphi A :<1 in 20 dilutions
S.Paratyphi B :<1 in 20 dilutions
What does this mean,positive or nagative?
Other reports for Dengui, QBC for MP are nagative. my platelet count is 2.55 and Randam plasma sugar 170.

I saw the message. Your widal reports are normal and suggest negative for typhoid.
Your platelet count is normal.As you said your dengue,MP are negative,now what's bothering you.
Was you random plasma sugar done in fasting or post prandial?
Do you have fever with body ache,if yes then since how many days?
Do you have any rashes?
R you diabetic,Hypertensive?

Sir, I have been suffering from fever and body pains. When i proceeded to the nearest MBBS Doctor it was giagonised Malaria(weak positive) and prescribed Lariago Ds and Anti Biotic course.But even after 6 days, fever doesnt pacify. Now i am free of fever but suffering from severe joint and body pains and more weakness. That's why i underwent for the tests which were already submitted to you.The sugar report was taken after morning tiffin..Just now i am slowly recovering from weakness.sometimes feel shivering with cool when exposed to fan wind.I have also been suffering from Hypertention and prescribed TOZAR25 for BP and BIOZEP PLUS for sound sleeping.That is the history of my health.Should i continue or any new medicines u prescribe. What to use to prevent body and joint pains and weakness. Today i have no fever. waiting for reply.

If you have fever, then you can take tab paracetamol thrice daily and also complete the antibiotic course prescribed by your doctor.Normally post viral or malarial fever
body ache,fatigue remains at least for 1 month.
You can continue your regular medications for BP and sleep.
You can take C.Becosules Z 1 tab for 10 days
Drink plenty of fluids atleast 4-5 litres per day.
Avoid fatty diet,carbonated drinks,non veg.
Take lot of vegetables and fruits especially kiwi,papaya.
Get back if any query.
