Brief Answer:
mild UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The presence of pus cells 2-4/hpf and 8-10 epithelial cells are fairly normal to experience in the urine examination in most women, but it does indicate mild UTI. If you are asymptomatic and doesn't have symptoms like increased frequency of urine or burning micturition , then this report can be termed as normal and you need not seek any treatment for the same, else a urine culture sensitivity would be the next step.
However you may increase your daily water intake to 3-4 litres per day and that shall help even this small infection to be flushed out sooner.
Regards
