Brief Answer:
Your findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).
UTI is indicated by cloudy appearance of urine and excess presence of WBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.

You may need proper antibiotics.
You may need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, ultrasound of KUB region.
You should drink lot of water.

Generally cultures with greater than 100,000 colony forming units (CFU)/mL of one type of bacteria usually indicate infection.
Sometimes lower numbers(1,000 up to 100,000 CFU/mL)may also indicate infection, especially if symptoms are present. So,you may need clinical correlation and broad spectrum antibiotics.

Mucus threads are normally found in urine.

Get well soon.
