What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Result Indicate?

Question: I have been diagnosed at 12 weeks pregnant with a subchorionic hematoma measuring 2cm. It was found during an ultrasound for nuchal translucency. I've had no bleeding and no cramping other than normals pinches and pulling sensations of pregnancy. It does not show in the report I recieved specifically where the sch is located. How concerned should I be?

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Since it is just an incidental finding without any symptoms and baby heart beat is also good, nothing active needs to be done.
Just take as much rest as possible.
And start taking taking tablet susten or gestofit 300 mg at night time via vagina daily so as to prevent further problems.

Most likely not.
But at times there are very subtle causes which can interfere with the blood supply of placenta or uterus so should not be taken lightly.
Take rest and tablets as advised and keep a regular follow up with your gynecologist.
