What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I have searing right flank pain, which is worse if I stand or sit for over 1/2 hour, much worse if I bend over to pick things up more than 10 times even when I go slowly and carefully. My right leg gets numbing on the outer half when I stand and/or walk for more than 1/2 hour but it does not hurt and goes away when I lie down. Progressively gets worse throughout the day as I keep doing things, which is what seems to trigger it, not after any kind of meal or drink. When I lie down at night, if I lie on my right side, it feels like some huge burning rock between my hip bone and the end of my ribs -- in that little space between them. That goes away by morning as far as feeling it when I lie down, but as soon as I get up, I feel it again no matter what I do. But I can stand it early in the morning if I'm carefful. The searing pain that I can't stand is on lifting while bent over. The ultrasound last week showed about 4 or 5 small gall stones, and "focal fatty infiltration adjaent to the gallbladder fossa." If I lift something about a pound or more, it's ok if I lift straight with my knees and stand up, but if I lift while bent over -- or try to pull up like weeds while bent over, the pain is SEARING and brings me to my knees. But if I'm bent over and push (like on a fence rail) to help me to stand up, it hurts but not that searing crippling pain. The gal I've been seeing (a physician's assistant because she was the only one available when I went in for this), says it's all my gallbladder. QUESTION Can all these symptoms come from the stones and focal fatty infiltration? She insists yes. I am 5' 8 1/2" & weigh 180 pounds. Two weeks ago I weighed 185 but have been eating better with the intention of loosing at least 20 pounds to help my gall bladder and kidneys, since all the extra fat is in my abdomen. Sorry this is so long, but I wanted to be as specific as possible to aid you in answering my question
