Brief Answer:
Due to stretching of the ligaments

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Sharp pain in the lower abdomen on movement is due to the stretching of the ligaments, which occurs in pregnancy.
It is a normal phenomenon due to the changes in the body and enlargement of the uterus in pregnancy.
It is relieved in a particular position,so it is better to avoid the position in which it causes pain.
There is nothing to worry and she should avoid the position in which the pain occurs.
If the pain is very severe, she can take paracetamol tablet for relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
