I had an ultrasound on my abdomen this morning

The report says the following: a fluid filled gallbladder is not visualized. a wall echo shadow sign is noted compatible with cholelithiasis

Cholelithiasis means that you have stones in gallbladder. Now, this is a quite common phenomena and most people have stones, but in some people it may cause symptoms such as pain, nausea or vomiting after eating fatty food.

In this case, it is recommended to have gallbladder removed by surgery. If you don't have any symptoms then surgery is not indicated.
