I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Color doppler of fetal blood flow can be done from 30 weeks onwards in pregnancy.
However, color doppler should be done only once there is any fetal growth restriction or decreased fluid around the fetus.
Fetal doppler is not required in normally growing pregnancy with age appropriate patient.
