Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question very diligently and I will definitely help you out in best possible way but I will be requiring more information for better assessment of the condition like
Do you smoke or consume liquor?
Do you have any family history of heart disease?
Have your doctor checked your Blood pressure?
Your Weight and relevant medical history like diabetes or if you are taking any medicine?
Since how long you are having this problem?
Are you having any symptoms of acid reflux or hyperacidity like gas, indigestion, heartburn?
If possible upload the scan copy of your reports and ECG.

I would advise you to take antiacidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids
You should practice yoga and meditation regularly

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to help you more precisely.
waiting for your reply
Best wishes

Sir I uploaded report,
I don't smoke and take alcohol very occasional in moderate level.
Yes, every times doctor checked blood pressure and found normal.
My weight 62 Kg Height: 5ft-7inch, I have herpes zoster (a belt of singles from left front chest to back side) in mid 2008 after three months it resolved by antiviral tablets. (I have picture of that outbreak)

Now I have some times pain same area (left under rib) and feels very tired like heart diseases. I can not some times even climb some steps.
But I dont have any pain in center of chest.

And sometimes I can run some kilometers.

I afraid that doctor want to test coronary CT radiography. But I believe if results shows normal than radiation which I took is very dangerous.
So I want to confirm all related issue which cause pain under the left rib side.

I dont have gastric problem like acid reflex.

pls suggest my what should I do ?

Brief Answer:
You need to undergo further evaluation to rule out heart disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome again and thanks for all the details
I have gone through your reports you have uploaded.

TMT is suggestive of mildly positive for exercise induced reversible myocardial ischemia, which doesn't rule out completely that you don't have any cardiac issue.

you also have borderline high LDL which is a risk factor for heart disease

Instead of coronary CT, you can ask your cardiologist for Holter monitoring or coronary angiography
However I would advise you to follow your doctor as such your reports doesn't rule out heart disease completely and you need to undergo further evaluation.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries.
Best wishes
