Brief Answer:
Get a CT SCAN done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks of the query to hcm,
The picture of USG pelvis with uterus appears more or less normal with a thin endometrial thickness, however if your concern is SEPTUM in the uterus , then the best way to diagnose the same would be to undergo a pelvic CT SCAN which can clear the doubts completely as ultrasound can be deceptive. Moreover, the last report of yours alone mentions separation , however previous reports don't , so its always better to get a better diagnostic modality to evaluate. Get the CT SCAN done. Because if present, then it has to be dealt first before planning any pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
The ultrasound doesn't show any septum in the image, only thing visible is normal endometrial lining.
But its better to get a repeat ultrasound then , A 4D ultrasound pelvis which can then give a clearer picture, if ct scan is not a possibility.

i have had postmenopausal bleeding since Oct ( after not have my period for over 12 years) and had an uterine biopsy and pap smear. They were negative and my dr. stated that it is probably atrophy of the lining and she would not do any further testing. i asked if it could be polyps or fibroid s and she said that at my age I should leave it alone. I still have the symptoms and sometimes the bleeding is heavier than other times. How do I know if the bleeding can be attributed to a urinary issue or something else.

Hello. I m 32 years old and had my 4th c-section in December 2013, when I was told that my bladder is stuck to my uterus. Since my period started on Wednesday I ve been having some pain on the left side of my lower abdomen and at times it is so severe I can t stand up straight. When the pain subsides it leaves the area feeling quite sore and tender to the touch. Could this pain be related to my adhesions? I ve run a pregnancy test and that is negative. My GP is treating me for a UTI as there were a few white blood cells in my urine. I ve not been feeling quite right since my surgery and my wound was infected for a while and had to be cauterised. I can t tell what s related to my body recovering from pregnancy/surgery, or whether something else is going on.

My sister just told me that she has a mass measuring 22mm on her uterus. She is an otherwise healthy female 32.5yrs old. About 5 5 and weighs about 155-160lbs. There is a family history on the Maternal side of fibroids and Uterine/ovarian cancer. Is there a correlation between the size and whether or not it is cancerous? Also there has been active bleeding and her doctor is calling for surgery to remove the mass. Obviously I am concerned especially since we do not live close.
