Do you see anything abnormal? What is an intestine loop? Is blood vessels in the uterus normal? And what can you tell me about the appearance of follicles in the ovary? Are the follicles mature? How many are there? Anything abnormal about them?

When you wrote "get well soon" in your first reply, I naturally assumed that you the ultrasound indicated something abnormal ... are you certain that you cannot see anything else in the ultrasound showing maybe a second uterus? Is it possible a baby lies hidden somewhere or unable to be seen? And where are my fallopian tubes? Why arent they able to be seen?

is there any possible way that a fetus can go unseen on an ultrasound? Any scientific reason why sonar wouldn't be able to create a picture on the screen?

No,it is not possible that fetus get unnoticed by expert radiologist.
Normally we scan both uterus and adnexa which may contain embryo/fetus.
When it is present in other than uterine cavity then it is called as ectopic pregnancy.
Both sides are clear in images.
