Question: Hi,
This is my first pregnancy, please find my updates below
I am married since 3 and half years
I went through preventive health check up on 8-04-2013, as per them
Left ovary size was 3.8* 2.2 * 2.5 cms Vol-11.2 cc
Impression: Bilateral Polysystic ovaries
Note: My mother is Diabeic and HT

I had gone to doctor in October 2014, doctor asked me to take thyroid test. Thyroid T3 0.97 ng/ml, T4 7.19 mcg/dl and TSH was 3.28 mcIU/ml

Thyroid was normal, so doctor suggested me to take Apcod obis and Fol 123
had my last period on 8-11-2014
As per doctor's advise we had gone for follicular study
Based on Follicular study it ruptured on 27th November, on that day one 5000 mg Hcg injection was suggested
We were asked to try on 26,27,28
We tried on 29 as well
I missed my period on 8th December (my period cycles were irregular ranging from 30-38 days)
Based on doctor advise tried urine pregnancy test on 15th December which came positive
Same day we went through blood hcg test on 15th it was 539.20 MIU/mL which as per Biological reference is 3 week
On 20/12/2014 doctor asked to take ultrasound and start taking sustain 300mg
Impression: Bulky uterus showing decidual reaction
Asked to repeat on 3rd December
From December 2nd I saw brown spotting very little
On 3rd the ultrasound Says
There is well defined Intra Uterine Sac
Msd 11MM
Coresponing to gestational age is 5-6 weeks
No foetal pole appreciated
The cervical internal os is closed
No collection seen
Both Adnex are normal
Impression: Early Intra Uterine Gestation- to follow after two weeks

Question 1: As per my LMP it should have been between 7 to 8 week

Brief Answer:
Your pregnancy is alright.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
1. You conceived on day 20 of your cycle as per the follicular study and not on day 14 as usually happens in 28 days cycle. So, the lesser gestational age by ultrasound scan is not worrisome. It is not likely to correspond to your LMP.
2. The mild cramp and bleeding can be due to implantation bleeding. It can be late or persistent. There is no need to worry. Just take rest and avoid any strenuous exercise, sex or climbing stairs.
The decrease in pain is a positive sign. If you are having regular nausea then it is also suggestive of rising levels of HCG.
3. To know that your baby is growing fine either you wait for 10 days and then get a repeat scan done to see the fetal growth or you get your serum HCG levels tested. A doubling of HCG levels in 48 hours is suggestive of a viable pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
