Thanks for posting a query,

The FNAC reports shows that you are suffering from Hashimoto's thyroiditis. It is an autoimmune condition where the thyroid levels will drop. Which may lead to hypothyroidism.

Replacing the hormonal level with thyroid supplements is the main treatment.

Get physical examination by a doctor and get the treatment as early as possible.
